Sushimoto Owner and Chef, Andy, embraces "fusion" cuisine as a representation of his diverse childhood. Andy was born in New York to first-generation Japanese immigrants and raised in Miami, before relocating to beautiful South Walton Florida. Stop in to taste a wide variety of beautifully and equally tasteful sushi, delicious stir-fry or more daring dishes- such as octopus or eel.
