Some of the largest groups meet at the 3,700-square-foot indoor-outdoor WaterColor LakeHouse pool deck area. Additionally, the WaterColor BoatHouse offers 1,839 square feet of rustic indoor-outdoor space for social events designed to impart a taste of authentic local hospitality. Marina Park contributes the largest space that can be tented for outdoor events.

Guests find a wide variety of food and beverage outlets. Fish Out of Water serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with breathtaking views of the gulf, whether indoors or out. Gather Kitchen + Bar features poolside drinks all day and a more upscale atmosphere in the evening. Another favorite, Scratch Biscuit Kitchen, serves breakfast and lunch with a Southern flair.
